Transparency & Disclosure: Users must be transparent when utilizing AI in their work or research. All academic or administrative work incorporating AI must follow official disclosure and citation requirements.
Data Protection & Privacy: Confidential or sensitive University data (TLP Red) must never be entered into public or unapproved AI tools.
Approved AI Solutions: Sensitive internal data (TLP Amber or TLP Green) may only be processed using University-approved AI platforms that feature active enterprise data protection agreements.
Seton Hill Brand Compliance: Any AI-generated or AI-assisted visual content representing Seton Hill University must adhere strictly to official brand identity standards. AI tools may not alter official logos or trademarks without Marketing Office approval.
